Full Cycle Management of Complex Projects from inception to delivery, including method adoption, initial planning and commercial engagement with vendors and users, project organisation, execution control processes, delivery, support and handover to BAU teams.
Put in place the most appropriate organisation and plans to give the project the best chances of success from the very outset. Select the methods and workproducts, create the initial schedules and scheduling systems. Implementation of metrics, reports and reporting processes.
Review of in-flight projects to determine the health, risks and issues that could impact success. If required and requested, also use the significant experience on Project Recovery to assess the current position of the project, engage with stakeholders, re-plan the delivery, form teams, take-over and deliver the programs as per revised baselines.

The purpose of the National Spatial Information System is to manage the use of spatial data across DoD Estate & Infrastructure Group and provide ready access to information about spatial data and the ability to view, visually analyse, download and re-submit a spatial data set has been edited. This project consists in the replacement of the existing solution using modern and more up to date technologies and processes.
Replacement of existing Avaya system in the Bank’s Contact Centre with a modern platform consisting of Cisco UCCE, Citrix Web-based Agent Desktop, Voice and Image recording and Fax services. This new platform is integrated with Bank’s Core Legacy Systems using Web Services. This project involves the implementation of the technical infrastructure and re-engineering of the business process for the Credit Card and for the Personal Banking Divisions. All three major releases have been implemented successfully with minimal disruption to the business. The last major release was installed in production in December 2018 and the project is now in the support and enhancements phase.
The Middleware Consolidation project involved the consolidation of the middleware platforms onto a new middleware platform using the licensed SAP Data Services and SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (PI). I was commissioned to recover this project which was running approximately a year late. I re- established the communications with the client, setup adequate project management processes and strengthen the onshore team. These measures helped to recover and deliver the contractual commitments and expedited the way for future contracts.
Effectively led a team responsible for delivery of a system for planning, monitoring and reporting of company vehicles’ journeys by land, using a combination geospatial data (Google maps) and live tracking data transmitted by devices installed in the vehicles on the field. The system was fully integrated into the QGC business processes for risk assessment and insurance.
Successfully managed a portfolio of projects for the implementation of security capabilities for the National Broadband Network Company in areas including Data Loss Prevention, Compliance Management, Secure Email, Database Masking. This implementation consisted of 20+projects and required the management of a team of 15 permanent personnel and 5 vendors.
Managed the implementation of systems to capture and display data coming from power substations in the Energy Australia’s electric grid. Responsible for leading the planning, estimating and delivery of all major releases.
